The hotel is located in a bustling district with many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it a convenient spot. It's also easy to reach, with good connections to the bus terminal. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good amenities like jacuzzi baths and free Wi-Fi. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is a good value for the price.
The view from the room could be disappointing, as it faces another hotel.

Very dark room, practicaly no window. Hotel is acceptable only if you intend to stay there for very short time.

the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit all tastes, including local and western cuisine. the staff were always welcoming, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. the location of the hotel was conveniently close to public transportation and local attractions.
Although the room was spacious and clean, it lacked some essential facilities such as a microwave or a refrigerator.

The room was quite large and comfortable.
Room service for food was a problem after about 21.00 . . .

We liked the Jakuzzi in our spacious washroom and also the large screen television and computer (once we figured out how to get the keyboard to operate in English. The rooms are spacious and clean and the water hot. Breakfast's turned out to be complimentary (if a little strange for our western taste's but surprisingly was quick to get used to (sweet and sour pork, rice, salads, soups inc seafood and toast.)) The free collection and drop off service to the airport bus terminus was very welcome for our extremely heavy cases even though it turned out to be about 300metres away. The staff were very helpful even if their English was a bit challenging at times. We would consider this hotel again as the location was quiet with busy shops and bars about 25metres from the hotel.
As the hotel was built before many of its surroundings our room had no view(only another room across a gap between the two buildings) this made the room very dark, we booked a room for three adults but were not advised that the third bed was a a temporary bed which although did the job was very hard. Also the cleaner changed towels and cups every day but the concept of 3 people in a room never registered as everyday we ended up with two bath towels, two cups, two glasses, two pairs of slippers and two bathrobes, this was of great amusement to our family and added to the experience. Also the steam facility in our shower room never worked - but hey that's Korea.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Yeongtong-gu district and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The attention to detail was impeccable, with little touches like hot/cold bottled water in the room and a well-stocked ice box. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home - from the excellent service to the fact that they spoke very good English. The location was fantastic, surrounded by numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The breakfast included in the stay was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast options were limited and the coffee was not good. The staff lacked friendliness and hospitality, making for an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. Lastly, the breakfast was included in the price, which was a fantastic bonus.
All was well, couldn't ask for more.
